One of our core initiatives is the YG Urban Green Program, which aims to combat obesity and promote healthy living among our youth. Through this program, we hire young individuals at a competitive wage of $15+ an hour, offering them valuable work experience and a supportive environment. They gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our operations, from food preparation to customer service, all while learning the importance of wellness and healthy living.
